Check out the ForeignCorrespondent post tomorrow Wednesday, March 4
In this post, I discuss“Scoop,” the Classic Evelyn Waugh Novel that Lampoons Foreign Correspondents—a particular category of hack, to which I belong. There is more truth than fiction in Waugh’s highly readable, satire-loaded novel. The book was published in 1938, but it remains absolutely germane in 2026. It is also rated among the top 100 novels ever published, so well worth a read. I hope you will take a look. You won’t be disappointed.
